Midas

I went in for an inspection on my brake pads, as I was told a few months ago at an inspection at my main dealership that I’d need them replaced soon because they were down to 3mm. I was told at my inspection today at Midas that my brake pads were perfectly fine and at 8mm. I appreciated the transparency and kindness I received today!

I knew my brakes were bad, just didn't know if all of them needed replaced. While I was there I asked for a full inspection because my maintenance light was on, they were quick with the brake inspection but when I asked about the rest of the car I got a vague, "Looks good." The price estimate felt really high, however I know prices of everything is going up, but I don't have that much money just sitting in my pockets. I told them I didn't want any repairs right now and just paid the brake inspection which was $27 including taxes; that feels like a great price. What I didn't like was the attitude of the worker once I said I didn't want repairs; he wasn't outright rude but his words were short, tone clipped, and he wouldn't look at me. I worked retail so I get it but now, I'm not sure if I'd want to come back for those repairs when I get them. I've met the owner previously and he's a great guy and the mechanics all seem experienced. Money makes the world go round I guess.

I walked in and didn't have to wait at all on a Friday which was great. Very helpful and even had my filter in stock. Had me in and out within 40 minutes.

I have been a repeat customer at Midas on Henderson Rd, and the experience has been excellent every single time! Excellent customer service, great service, and great communication! Damian is always very helpful, welcoming, and honest. Today I replaced brakes rotors and pads, and got the oil changed. I will definitely continue to come here for all my cars needs. Thank you very much Damian and thanks to all the staff there.

I had a great experience with Damian and TJ at the Henderson Midas. They were open and honest on what my vehicle needed to be done immediately and what I could off on, if I wanted/needed to. They kept me informed through the entire process of the repairing, part delivery updates, and they were transparent to what costs would be and any applicable warranties. I will definitely be back for any other automotive needs I have; and, I'll recommend others do as well. I even passed two other Midas locations to go to this one from a recommendation of a friend. It's worth it for the honesty and customer service. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars, it I could. :)
